WeBeShared (Pty) Ltd is committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed through our website at www.webeshared.com.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all provinces across South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major urban areas (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-3 business days
- Secondary cities and towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote and outlying areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The courier service used
- A link to track your parcel
You can use this information to monitor your delivery progress directly on the courier's website. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@webeshared.com.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at your specified address. If no one is available to receive the delivery:
- A notification will be left at the premises
- The parcel may be held at the nearest depot for collection
- You will be notified via SMS or email with collection instructions
If the parcel is not collected or a delivery cannot be arranged within the specified holding period, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Incorrect Address Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete street address, suburb, city, and postal code
- Working contact number
We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Risk and Title Transfer
- Risk of loss: Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
- Title transfer: Title ownership of products transfers to you upon payment confirmation.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Do not open the package
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging
- Contact us immediately at info@webeshared.com
- Refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
Lost Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided
- Email us at info@webeshared.com if the parcel cannot be located
We will work with the courier to locate your order. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Public Holidays and Delays
Deliveries are not made on South African public holidays. During peak periods (e.g., festive season, sales events), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
